ElkanIO Research Labs was hired by Max Stack Labs, a web and mobile blockchain development company, to provide data analytics and business intelligence dashboards for an environmental IoT project. The goal was to structure pollution data and deploy an API to create a visual intelligence dashboard for business organizations to monitor. The vendor was chosen based on their technical prowess and past work. ElkanIO's team of data scientists, led by their CTO, used Python and Boto3 to extract data from different sources stored in an Amazon S3 bucket. The data was then structured into a DataFrame and pushed to Amazon Redshift for advanced analysis.
In another project, ElkanIO Research Labs was tasked by an IT service provider to develop a chatbot for automated FAQs. The goal was to create a chatbot that could help users comprehend the company's policies and procedures. The client chose ElkanIO based on a recommendation from a technology partner. The vendor developed the chatbot using Microsoft framework, maintaining contact with the client throughout the project.
