Elkaiva

Elkaiva was hired by Northbridge Apparel Group, with the Director of Sourcing at the helm, to launch multiple new product lines, including golf apparel, women’s activewear, and dresses. The company's goal was to establish a reliable and scalable private label supply chain for ongoing seasonal collections while ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution across diverse fabric and style requirements. Elkaiva was chosen for this project due to the alignment of company values. A team of 2-5 employees from Elkaiva provided end-to-end private label production services, which included concept development, fabric research, design refinement, sample production, and full-scale manufacturing. Their work ensured a seamless transition from concept to retail-ready products, showcasing a high level of professionalism and flexibility across all stages. Key deliverables included custom tech packs for each product category, material sourcing based on brand standards and seasonal needs, sample development with feedback iterations, bulk production management with detailed timelines, custom labeling, packaging, and shipment coordination, and ongoing communication and quality control throughout all phases.
