ELEVATOR GLOBAL

ELEVATOR GLOBAL was hired by Amarillo Technologies, a company providing innovative technology for Delegated Authority data management to the London Insurance Market. The project involved building a cloud-based software to manage delegated authority data. A team of 2-5 employees from ELEVATOR GLOBAL was assigned to the project. They successfully created Amarillo Azure and Azure DevOps accounts, provisioned lower environments in Azure, standardized naming conventions for URLs, and procured appropriate SSL certs. They also recruited a development team and assisted in the preparation of the MVP product backlog. The result was a well-structured, efficient data management software that met Amarillo's requirements.

Insureflow, a SaaS Insurance Technology Provider, sought the services of ELEVATOR GLOBAL to create a messaging layer (API) that can operate with their core platform integrating third party messaging systems. The API was to be deployed as a SaaS model into Azure and Mongo Atlas. ELEVATOR GLOBAL's team developed a message-handling API platform that integrated into the core Insureflow platform, enabling external API messages from third parties to be persisted, stored, validated, and held for onward processing into Insureflow Core. The project was a success with the API platform being fully documented for handover to the Insureflow development team.

ELEVATOR GLOBAL was also contracted by InsurX, a two-sided digital marketplace in the specialty insurance market, to support the v1 build of their platform and grow their development team's culture and ways of working. ELEVATOR GLOBAL's team aided in the development of the platform to MVP and then through scaling. They provided development and insurance industry expertise for the growth of three of InsurX's core platforms. The project was successfully completed, resulting in a robust and scalable platform for InsurX.
