Elevated Impact

Elevated Impact was hired by Bosten Shoes, a footwear brand, to lead the company's digital transformation. The project included the development of a multi-market e-commerce website, implementation of an ERP system with e-invoicing integration, and a comprehensive digitalization of the business. Elevated Impact successfully designed, built, and launched fully functional e-commerce platforms for three different markets, complete with region-specific pricing and payment gateways. The team also deployed a robust ERP system across all operational countries, integrating it with each country's electronic invoicing system for compliance and automated reporting. The digital transformation streamlined and digitized key processes, reducing manual work, enabling real-time access to critical business data, and ensuring seamless integration between all digital systems.
