Electric

Electric was hired by the SaaS company, Learn to Win, to standardize IT onboarding, outsource helpdesk tasks, and enable universal security standards for their devices. Electric was chosen for their high ratings and budget-friendly pricing. A team of 2-5 employees from Electric was assigned to this project. They successfully created a standard tech onboarding for new employees using both Windows and Mac systems and outsourced the IT service helpdesk, meeting the company's objectives.

For the recruitment company, Sayva, Electric was brought on board to handle IT issues, procurements, and special projects. They were selected based on their quick response time and ability to handle the company's anticipated growth. The project is ongoing and involves setting up a server or data mirroring for a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The company has been pleased with the work of the implementation specialist and customer success representative from Electric.

The marketing company hired Electric for remote IT support. The deciding factor for choosing Electric was their specialization in remote IT. About 10 team members from Electric were involved in this project. The onboarding process was described as simple and easy, and the team from Electric has been very supportive throughout the project.
