Elecsis

Elecsis worked with Level Up, a community learning company, to transition from a lifestyle business to a software as a service platform. They created a custom site, a cloud-based solution, which streamlined the communication process with teachers, students, and employees. Elecsis also provided five interface modules for increased volume and user controls. The collaboration started in October 2018 and continued into mobile app development in 2020. The client invested around $35,000 in the project. Level Up appreciated Elecsis's flexibility and patience, as they were a small startup without a CTO or coding expertise.

In another project, Elecsis collaborated with a coworking operation to design and develop software that replaced multiple SaaS platforms. The solution united everything under one dashboard, allowing the client to scale with their growing number of locations and members. The front end was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly for easy onboarding. The team at Elecsis co-designed and developed the solution, which included a management and CRM of members, payment gateways, recurring payments, a forum, events, management and allocation of resources, multiple users and admins, an app for IOS and Android, and a website revamp. The client appreciated Elecsis's technical and marketing suggestions, as well as their understanding of the industry.

Elecsis also partnered with iFood, a food delivery platform, to create integrations with some of their key accounts. Using PHP and a Laravel framework, they automated the order management process through an API. The team at Elecsis consisted of two in-house developers, a project manager, and the CEO. iFood had previously worked with freelancers but chose Elecsis for their solid approach to escalating development. The engagement, which started over a year ago, saw an investment between $30,000 and $50,000.
