EIC Agency was hired by a private university in New York City to develop a new content management system (CMS) for their certificate program and research hub. The project coordinator for the university department was dissatisfied with their previous CMS and wanted more control over the design and updates. The initial plan was to edit the existing website, but due to the lack of technical skills of the previous consultant, EIC Agency was tasked with creating a new website from scratch. The agency also implemented an interactive timeline function and a widget to monitor site views. The project took about a year to complete and cost approximately $15,000. The client appreciated EIC Agency's technical and design expertise and continues to receive support from them as needed. The new website was launched in late 2013.
