Highlights from Recent Projects
Ei Square® was hired by Interrodata Ltd to provide a design framework for new technical infrastructure for their SaaS product. The company was selected based on their proximity, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Interrodata's company values. A team of 2-5 employees worked with the existing engineering team to understand the current architecture and its limitations, and proposed potential options for a technical roadmap to enable diverse cloud/on-premise ecosystems.
After being hired by the housing association company, First Choice Holmes Oldham, Ei Square® was tasked with transforming their finance reporting from spreadsheet-based to automated data transfer between the general ledger, a data platform, and dashboards. The project saw the decommissioning of legacy spreadsheets and manual processes, replaced with improved automation, insight, speed, and quality. The project was managed using DevOps and DataOps, and the reports were produced using Microsoft SQL stack, Azure, and Power BI. The project saw an investment of around $50,000–$60,000 and ran from July 2021 to October 2022.
Tintra PLC, a banking company, engaged Ei Square® for IT and cloud consulting services. With a team that included the principal, the head of technical services, and the head of Microsoft 365, the project provided technical support to Tintra. The project commenced in September 2021 and is still ongoing, with a total investment of approximately $25,000 USD.
