EGA Connect successfully completed an IT Support and Consulting project for a cruise line where they were primarily hired to provide technical support for software. The support included 24/7 IT assistance and consulting services, utilizing Centric Software to manage the entire system. The software processed and printed photos taken daily by ship photographers, which were available to guests in print or digital form. This engaging partnership lasted from August 2016 to April 2020, when it was unfortunately cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In another project, EGA Connect was hired by a hospitality and travel-based retail business for Technical Support. The primary goals were to prevent service interruptions, reduce maintenance time and costs, and provide staff training and support. EGA Connect provided 24/7 remote email support, as well as telephone and in-person assistance for staff when issues with hardware/software systems arose. This project was overseen by a project manager and was highly praised for its efficiency and effectiveness.
