EGA Connect was hired by a cruise line to provide IT support and consulting services. The company's role involved using Centric Software to process and print photographs taken by ship photographers. These photographs were then made available for purchase by guests in print or digital format. The partnership, which lasted from August 2016 to April 2020, was facilitated by a former photography services consultant who had previously worked with EGA Connect. The engagement ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a separate project, EGA Connect was engaged by a hospitality and travel-based retail business to provide technical support. The company's mandate was to prevent service interruptions, reduce maintenance time and costs, and provide staff training and support.
