EFS Staffing Solutions was hired by the Expo 2020 Dubai to provide Event Services Hosts across two zones of the Expo site. The firm initially provided 178 hosts, a Project Manager, and a Deputy Project Manager to manage operations in the Mobility and Jubilee zones. However, due to an increase in visitation, EFS was asked to increase their numbers to 295 hosts to support operations across all six zones. EFS quickly rose to this challenge and exceeded expectations, providing high-quality, qualified staff. The Expo 2020 Dubai team worked closely with various members of the EFS team including Mohammad, the Project Manager, Ayaz, the Deputy Project Manager, and David, who supported daily check-ins. Meanwhile, Sonali, Joel, and Hitesh ensured all contractual obligations were adhered to from a Finance and HR perspective. The Expo 2020 Dubai team was extremely pleased with EFS's ability to accommodate their ever-changing needs and requests throughout the project.
