Eficio (Integra-co inc.)

Eficio was hired by a Tier 2 supplier to aerospace OEMs, Abipa Canada, to manage their IT function and develop an IT/IS strategy that incorporated cybersecurity diagnostics and an improvement plan. Eficio was recommended by another partner and was tasked with conducting a detailed analysis of Abipa's infrastructure and proposing a 2-3 year plan for enhancement and security. A CIO from Eficio was on-site 2-3 days per week, working with various departments to evaluate what needed to be improved, replaced, or eliminated.

A manufacturing company with three plants and 700 employees engaged Eficio to help salvage a poorly executed SAP implementation project. The 'Order to Cash' phase had gone significantly over budget, and the company needed assistance to restructure before proceeding to the 'Process End Production' phase. Eficio, a trusted partner, was brought in to audit the project and propose solutions. They provided two resources initially, adding an ERP expert later on, to work directly with the company's president, who had to get involved due to the project's difficulties.
