EDSA completed a custom software development project for Trend Micro, a leading Japanese cybersecurity company. The project's objective was to generate multiple customer touchpoints and collect feedback. The process involved contacting key customers and implementing a platform called Vision One. This platform facilitated complex information flows to various departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, and partners. More than ten individuals from EDSA worked on the project, showcasing their ability to quickly learn and effectively work with defined processes.

EDSA was hired by Omint ART, an insurance company, for system development and maintenance. The initial project was to launch ART in 2013, and EDSA has since continued to expand the system's functionalities and adapt it to the requirements of regulatory bodies in Argentina. Throughout the project, EDSA demonstrated professionalism and technological expertise. The team, consisting of about fifteen people, included functional analysts, developers, programmer analysts, and project leaders.

For a large insurance company, EDSA provided Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services. The company had a high volume of claims, with many transactions being manual, rule-based, and repetitive. EDSA's RPA solution reduced time, costs, and errors. The vendor helped identify the right process for automation and provided the necessary tools, ideas, and know-how. The project team included a project manager, an architect, a functional analyst, and a programmer. EDSA's experience, service package, and reliability were deciding factors in their selection.
