The clinic's goal was to create an eCommerce store with customizations, including an integrated online skin assessment or medical questionnaire for customers. They needed a fresh, dynamic, and responsive website that reflected their reputation and expertise. They also required unique quality content and technical on-page SEO to address high bounce rates and low leads. Additionally, they needed a CRM solution to communicate promotions and treatment news with their large patient database.
