Agigo.io was hired by Sethi Learning & Company, a management consulting firm, to develop a customized Learning Management System (LMS) for one of their clients. The main objective was to automate core Learning & Organizational Development processes, such as Employee Onboarding, Learner Paths, and Talent Development. Sethi Learning & Company selected Agigo.io based on recommendations and cost-effectiveness. The scope of the project included creating a SCORM-supported LMS for 500 employees, mapping the internal business structure, developing a product prototype based on requirements, testing with sample users, and training the internal business team on the interface. The technologies used in the project were React JS, Node JS, and MongoDB.
The Agigo.io team, consisting of the founders and a project manager, worked directly with Sethi Learning & Company. The project resulted in a fully customized LMS that addressed the client's business structure and complexity. The product was tested and approved by sample users and the internal business team was trained on the interface.
