EdgeFirm was hired by Sethi Learning & Company, a management consulting firm, to develop a customized Learning Management System (LMS) for one of their clients. The goal was to automate core Learning & Organizational Development processes such as Employee Onboarding, Learner Paths, and Talent Development for a group of companies with 500 employees. The decision to choose EdgeFirm was based on colleague recommendations and competitive price points. The project involved mapping the internal business structure, developing a product prototype based on requirements, testing with sample users, and training the internal business team on the interface. The final product was delivered using React JS, Node JS, and MongoDB technologies. The Sethi Learning & Company team worked directly with the founders and project manager of EdgeFirm.
