eConsulting was hired by MorphoSys AG, a global commercial biopharma company, to implement the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS). The team of 6-10 employees successfully completed the full implementation, which included system installation, configuration, data migration, and user training. The system was set up in alignment with MorphoSys AG's internal requirements as well as GxP standards. Additionally, eConsulting supported the ongoing administration of the LMS, managed the extraction, migration, and secure transfer of business data into the Veeva system, and conducted an initial analysis of MorphoSys AG's IT infrastructure for compliance efforts.

The Havebury Housing Partnership, a social housing provider in the East of England, enlisted the help of eConsulting to transfer historical training data onto their LMS via Edge. With a team of 2-5 employees, eConsulting successfully transferred all historical training data to the LMS site and provided detailed training guides. They also helped The Havebury Housing Partnership set up dynamic learning assignments for all of their mandatory training and set up reports in Reporting 2.0 for check-ins and mandatory training.

TDK Management Services GmbH, a company focused on accelerating transformation for a sustainable future, hired eConsulting to develop a Login On Demand solution for their global LMS. The 2-5 person team from eConsulting developed and maintained a custom Blue Collars Authentication Tool to enable simple login possibilities. The project was supervised by an eConsulting Engagement Manager who reviewed and confirmed project tasks and deadlines, provided weekly work direction, set up pilot and test tasks for customer management review, and led the Release & Change management process.
