eConsulting

eConsulting was hired by RENK, a company that provides systems for the deployment of strong forces to set vehicles, vessels, and machinery in motion, to implement and unify the Talent Unified system across its global structure. The project involved several stages, including outlining business needs, proposing solutions, creating system prototypes, and testing. The initial focus was on the Employee Assessment and Efficiency Evaluation modules in the United States. The collaboration with eConsulting expanded to develop and launch additional processes for various organizational units within the company, all tailored to meet international business requirements. The team from eConsulting was praised for their quick response rate, high quality of work, and great reviews.

In another project, eConsulting worked with TTI, Inc., a world-leading specialist distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical, discrete, power, and sensor components, to move from a limited, user-unfriendly LMS to Cornerstone. The project began with a Business Process Alignment meeting in Munich, followed by the Discovery phase, creation of prototypes, and User Acceptance Testing. The LMS module was implemented first, followed by the performance module for the whole of Europe. The team is currently working on adding additional features such as the Performance Review and implementing the performance module in the United States. eConsulting was selected for this project due to their competitive pricing, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
