The software also included tools to support digitalization and automation, making everyday tasks easier for agents. A special feature of the software was a sales tool for custom open-group life insurance policies, allowing more personalized and flexible insurance solutions. The project was deemed a success, with the new software creating an environment of innovative and user-friendly solutions for agents.

In another project, ecom.software partnered with CUK Ubezpieczenia Sp. z o.o., a leading insurance multi-agency in the Polish market, to handle payments efficiently, manage IT infrastructure, and build an omnichannel multiagency platform for agents and clients. The project also focused on optimizing sales channels, streamlining customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, enabling mobile accessibility, facilitating cross-selling, and enhancing security. The collaboration led to a satisfactory return on investment and strengthened business processes, setting industry trends and consistently meeting organizational goals.

Grupa ANG S.A., a financial brokerage company, hired ecom.software to design and implement intuitive sales tools for car and property insurance that were tailored to their clients’ and agents’ needs. The project also involved developing a dedicated mobile app, integrated with the ANG Mustang System, to streamline the collection, processing, and management of client data. The integration with multiple insurance companies APIs was achieved to offer a broad range of products, thereby enabling agents to customize insurance packages. The project was successful in facilitating remote car insurance sales and ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
