Echo&Co worked with the Museum of Fine Arts Boston to streamline and improve the user experience for membership, ticketing, and online giving. The project involved defining personas, use cases, and a vision for the new customer experience. Echo&Co conducted a technical evaluation of the museum's e-commerce system and developed a prototype based on feedback from working sessions and user research. The final product was a detailed implementation roadmap and definition scope that the museum could use to develop a request for proposals (RFP) for the implementation of the recommendations. The project took place between March and November 2018 and cost between $100,000 and $150,000.

Echo&Co partnered with a nonprofit housing organization to consolidate web assets and build a single website following a merger. The project involved strategizing the company's identity and audience identity, developing personas, and guiding the client through the process of website development. Echo&Co helped the client prioritize site features within a limited budget and chose Drupal as the platform for the new site. The project began in January 2017 and is ongoing, with an investment of about $200,000 so far.

Echo&Co was engaged by JCHE, an organization providing affordable housing for low-income seniors, to rebrand the organization. The project involved a discovery process, stakeholder interviews, audience analysis, and market research. Echo&Co developed a new name and logo for the organization and presented four potential design paths. The final design incorporated feedback from JCHE and the project is ongoing, with plans to develop a new website. The project has cost approximately $70,000 to date.
