The main goal was to customize the system to fit PGE Centrum's specific preferences and requirements. Ebicom dedicated the first two months of the project to CRM development and deployment, focusing on building new functionalities that would streamline invoice delivery and provide customers with extensive access to products and services online. The second phase involved integrating more of PGE Centrum's scope and processes into the system to highlight the company's energy products. The final phase was system stabilization and maintenance. Ebicom continues to support PGE Centrum by adding and updating functionalities to improve customer service. The project, which started in January 2018, is ongoing and has involved a $1,000,000 investment so far.
