Ebicom was contracted by PGE Centrum, a part of Poland's largest energy group, to upgrade their existing CRM billing system. PGE needed a system that could be customized to their specific requirements and preferences. Ebicom spent the initial two months on CRM development and deployment, optimizing the system with new functionalities. These changes aimed to automate certain processes, such as invoice delivery, and make all the company's products and services easily accessible online. The next phase involved integrating more of the company's scope and processes into the system to highlight PGE's energy products. After the product deployment, Ebicom moved on to system stabilization and maintenance. The functionalities were designed to be flexible and customizable. The project, which started in January 2018, is ongoing with Ebicom continuously supporting PGE by adding and updating functionalities. The project team consisted of Ebicom's project manager and business analysts, along with about 15 resources from different departments. The project cost PGE around $1,000,000.
