The professor needed to evaluate the image processing of hundreds of thousands of cells from numerous microscopy time-lapse imaging. The software developed by eBase U.S. was instrumental in segmenting cells, tracking moving cells, and evaluating surface characterization of individual cells. This helped the professor analyze cancer cell division and DNA repair mechanisms in damaged radiated and drug treated cells.
