EB Pearls was hired by Artteo, a software development company, to conduct a Product Scoping exercise and create a Proof of Concept for a key technological aspect of their envisioned product. The aim was to refine the necessary features for their Minimum Viable Product and to validate the feasibility of creating a product that aligns with their value proposition. EB Pearls guided Artteo through a structured inquiry process over several days, challenging and expanding their perspectives. The discussions were consolidated into multiple deliverables, which allowed the project to progress to the next phase. They also tested a specific set of technologies and developed a successful Proof of Concept.

For the motor vehicle manufacturer, MSWT, EB Pearls was tasked with web application development. They developed an online platform, mswt.com.au, which is a destination for deals on wheels and tyres. The platform provides a seamless user experience, with a search function for tailored tyre selection, a booking system for installations at over 100 locations nationwide, and a transparent payment process with no upfront fees. They used PHP for the web application development, which was divided into UI/UX Design, Front End Development, and Back End Development. They also performed SEO Optimization for the online platform, including On-Page SEO and QA/QC.
