EACHBASE was contracted by Discount Pool Mart, a swimming pool supply store, to redesign their e-commerce website and integrate it with their retail and warehouse management system, ERPLY. The goal was to modernize the website, automate order management, tracking, billing, stock updates, and invoicing, and ensure a user-friendly customer experience. The company transitioned from OSCommerce to Magento, a process that was overseen by George and Harry, the two points of contact at EACHBASE. The team successfully integrated ERPLY with Magento, automated returns, and enabled users to check product stock levels. They also integrated ShippingEasy with Magento for seamless order management. The website was designed to be responsive and modern, with multiple payment methods, one-click checkout, a wishlist feature, and custom menu functionality.

The EACHBASE team provided a user manual and documentation for easy navigation and use of the backend. The project was successful, with Discount Pool Mart expressing satisfaction with the vendor's ability to handle the task.
