e-MSI Sp. z o.o. executed a comprehensive digital transformation project for Centrum Medyczne Zdrovita, a medical center offering a range of healthcare services. The primary aim was to automate the settlement process between the medical center, the National Health Fund, and physicians. Alongside this, their task also included digitizing back-office operations such as cost invoice approvals and correspondence workflow. Furthermore, they were tasked with integrating a new B2B platform with the Kamsoft medical system and the center's accounting software.

e-MSI Sp. z o.o. significantly simplified the formerly complex settlement system by automating the retrieval of billing data, calculation of remuneration and overtime, and enabling self-invoicing for doctors. Their scope of work also included the digitization of back-office processes such as managing cost invoice approvals, correspondence workflow, ordering medical supplies, and tracking diagnostic test referrals. e-MSI was chosen for this project due to their proximity to the medical center and based on a reliable referral.

The project spearheaded by e-MSI resulted in a streamlined workflow within the medical center. Complete integration with the Kamsoft system has proven to be highly beneficial. Their back-office operations were successfully digitized and e-MSI continues to provide ongoing maintenance and system development. This collaboration between the medical center and e-MSI illustrates the latter's proficiency in driving digital transformation within the medical industry.
