In another project, E-Commony LLC was contracted by a mobile nonprofit organization to develop custom software for a food locker system. The software was designed to support a new initiative aimed at addressing food insecurity by using food as medicine. The vendor was recommended by one of the engineers involved in the project and was considered a good fit after an initial consultation. The project, which started in November 2021, is still ongoing and has so far cost over $10,000, with an additional $5,000 expected to be spent as the project advances. The E-Commony team, led by their owner, has been working closely with an engineer from the client's side to launch the software.
