Highlights from Recent Projects
e-com.house completed an e-commerce development and SEO project for Ringier Axel Springer Polska's online bookstore, Literia.pl. The company took over the entire website from a previous developer, migrating the platform to a new environment and developing important new functionalities like OneStepCheckout and integration with an external module for delivery options. The home page was also rebuilt, digital products added, and ongoing maintenance and error corrections provided. The project resulted in a more efficient and user-friendly website, with enhanced SEO.
The company also worked on an e-commerce integration and consulting project for the revived Kubota brand. e-com.house developed a fast and reliable online store for Kubota, creating an engaging user experience and advising on ways to build online presence and attract customers. The company also integrated the store with tools for analysis, planning, sales, and data flow control. The project resulted in a high-converting online store, with increased ROI and CLV, and higher AOV.
Additionally, e-com.house performed a UX/UI redesign for ICAN Institute's three key websites: Harvard Business Review Polska, MIT Sloan Management Review Polska, and ICAN Management Review / ICAN Institute. Utilizing a data-driven approach, they completely redesigned these websites to meet the needs of readers, subscribers, editorial teams, and advertising departments. They also conducted research and data analysis, and held UX workshops. The project resulted in a more user-friendly and cohesive design across all three websites.
