Dynamics Square UK was hired by Omicron Engineering Ltd to implement a new accounting (ERP) system. The project entailed planning, implementation, and setup of the system, taking into account the specific needs of the company which specializes in restoring and supplying parts for pre-1976 Lancia cars. Key deliverables comprised of analyzing Omicron's current practices, cleansing and exporting of the master data, recreating the chart of accounts, and ensuring a seamless transfer of opening balances to the new system.
