Dynamia

Dynamia was contracted by Creative Travel to provide IT services in 2017. The travel agency, which operates tours and collaborates with other tour operators overseas, needed a reliable IT support system to foster a high level of engagement with clients. Dynamia was tasked with programming and maintaining the company's reservation system, allowing clients to access nightly rates and book hotel rooms online. The company spent between $50,000–$100,000 on this project, and the engagement has been ongoing since September 2017. The CEO of Creative Travel expressed satisfaction with Dynamia's services during the trial period, leading to their long-term engagement.

In a separate project, Dynamia worked with a New York-based software company that serves the hedge fund industry. The software company's founder needed help scaling up and creating features more quickly. Over a two-year period, Dynamia built out features, mostly for reporting and data exporting functionality. They also helped with other new features around the core functionality of analytics and visualizations of data. The project cost the software company between $50,000–$60,000 and lasted from 2016 to 2018. The founder of the software company praised Dynamia for being highly responsive.

Dynamia was also hired by City Tours USA to correct issues with their internet-based reservation system. The company's previous programmers had left behind several problems, and Dynamia was tasked with fixing these and expanding the system's features. The programming work for the main application was done on the backend using SQL and .NET, and Dynamia also helped build out XML connections to other vendors and agencies. The project began in October 2018 and has been ongoing, costing City Tours USA about $12,000 a month or a total of over $120,000. The president of City Tours USA expressed confidence in Dynamia's capabilities.
