DVISIONMEDIA collaborated with Sistie Copenhagen, a high-end jewelry company to enhance its digital marketing prowess, particularly focusing on TikTok's growth and e-commerce amplification. Sistie chose DVISIONMEDIA for their excellent ratings, fitting culture, and aligned company values. The project involved a team of six to ten from DVISIONMEDIA, centered on initiating and scaling TikTok as a leading marketing and sales platform for Sistie.
The project's scope included full-funnel strategy development, establishing ad campaigns that resonated with business goals such as sales, leads, and event traffic. An influx of over 200 content creators and influencers was managed to build an influential ecosystem. The diverse content pipeline and ad campaigns, including Spark Ads and Smart+ Shopping Campaigns, were formulated and implemented to maximize reach and conversion. Furthermore, creator whitelisting and budget allocation strategies were employed to optimize campaign influence and performance.
Efforts were also put into producing TikTok centric creative content, and implementing wishlists and haul content in alignment with user behavior and market trends. An expansive A/B testing strategy was put to work on creative formats, campaign structures, and messaging, subsequently fine-tuning performance and increasing cost-efficiency. The project was successful in transforming Sistie's minimal TikTok presence into a high-performing, full-acquisition engine, thereby meeting Sistie's digital marketing objectives.
