DuoDynamiks

DuoDynamiks was hired by Josephine Lounge, a long-established restaurant, lounge, and nightclub in Atlanta, to overhaul their marketing strategy. The goal of this project was to revamp the establishment's image, align their brand messaging with their core values, and modernize their digital marketing approach. DuoDynamiks was selected based on a personal recommendation and started by handling small tasks before gradually taking over all marketing platforms. The company managed all social media channels, campaign marketing, SEO, PPC, and also served as project manager for developing new software. This included a website with a custom-built reservation system and an initiative to build their own POS system. They also provided data analytics and created spreadsheet systems for pricing, valuation, inventory, and payroll. The team from DuoDynamiks that collaborated with Josephine Lounge consisted of a project manager and a marketing strategist.
