Due North was hired by Hungry Bear Pizza to create a comprehensive marketing strategy and revamp their website. The project began with identifying the target audience and creating personas, followed by a value proposition and customer journey mapping. The second step was a complete redesign of the website, with Due North guiding every aspect from design to optimization. The final step was the creation of 'go-to market campaigns' both online and offline. The client worked closely with three members of the Due North team, appreciating their responsiveness and regular communication.
