DS STREAM

DS Stream was engaged by a sports analytics company to provide consultation and implementation of a workflow scheduling service for multiple data processing pipelines. The project was relatively small, with DS Stream recommending a powerful open-source tool for scheduling and implementing some of the pipelines. The team, composed of 2-3 people, worked with the company from July to August 2019. The project was successful and the company is considering hiring DS Stream for future projects.

A consultancy firm, specializing in Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence platforms for processing medical data, hired DS Stream for a project aimed at better resource planning and increased profits. DS Stream provided configuration and environment setup in a private cloud, using data from CRM and medical sources. The team of four implemented several tools including AWS, Triton, Oracle, Airflow, Hive, Hue, Sqoop, Docker, S3, EC2, Scala. The project was successful and resulted in productive cooperation.

DS Stream was hired by Sportside, a sports matching platform, to migrate their databases to accommodate scalability for over 2 million users and implement business intelligence and data warehousing. DS Stream was selected through an RFP process and was tasked with developing serverless architecture that is hyper-scalable. The team of DS Stream, composed of 2 Cloud Data Specialists, a team leader, and a project manager, worked with Sportside's development team and other members. The project was successful, making Sportside's stack more cost-effective.
