Highlights from Recent Projects
Droptica was hired by Wydawnictwo WAM, the oldest Catholic publisher in Poland, to develop their e-commerce platform's front and backend. The goal was to design a user-friendly platform with a highly optimized UI, automated features, and a custom integration for their ERP. Droptica developed and launched a new frontend for mobile users, starting with a discovery workshop to understand the business challenges and goals. The project team consisted of three developers, including a project manager. The functional versions developed were ready for user testing and feedback every two weeks.
X-Coding IT Studio, a software development agency and IT consultancy, engaged Droptica to build a hotel’s management platform. The solution included a booking system, a sales platform, and an intranet for the end client’s employees. The goal was to connect the intranet to the rest of the platform to enable seamless communication between hotel staff. The project had four stages and Droptica was responsible for designing and implementing changes, including connecting the hotel’s intranet to the management platform. The scrum team included a scrum master and several developers.
The Polish Football Association hired Droptica to create a global CMS that would be tailored to the needs of many editors. The goal was for the new CMS to be part of their architecture with a data bus at the center. Droptica was chosen because they were considered the best company in Poland for CMS Drupal. The project is still under development, but several websites and internal applications have been running on the CMS created by Droptica. The team composition varies, but the core team has always been the same.
