Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co.Ltd, a major business house in India, engaged Driver Logistics for their 3Pl requirements, which included warehouse management and logistics arrangements. The goal was to achieve seamless operations with cost optimization and logistics efficiency. Driver Logistics was selected based on their track record with a major MNC for white goods distribution. They managed a 1.2 lac sft distribution center in Kerala and 2 lac sft in Karnataka, distributing 4lac units per annum. A team of 120 enthusiastic and energetic individuals was involved in the project, which was deemed a success.

Nestlé India Limited hired Driver Logistics to handle their mid-mile logistics across Kerala. The goal was to improve logistics management efficiency. The decision to hire Driver Logistics was based on the manager's previous positive experience with the vendor. The project involved the management of logistics operations across Kerala, with a couple of onsite staff supported by a large backend team. The project was successful and the company was satisfied with the results.
