Found through an online search and selected for their budget-friendly pricing and culture fit, DreamX was tasked with designing the CRM system from scratch. A team of 2-5 employees delivered initial concepts, wireframes, and final UI designs for all core features, along with a comprehensive style guide for future development.

Celadonsoft, a consulting company that helps clients improve their operations and customer management, also hired DreamX to design a new CRM system.
