Dream Beyond developed a customized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for an oil and gas service company. The system was designed to integrate the work of three autonomous labs into a cohesive output for clients. The LIMS tracks clients, contacts, projects, work orders, and tasks while allowing employees to log in, enter data, and mark tasks as completed for review and invoicing. The system was integrated with the company's financial software for automatic invoice generation. The project was led by Ali Kitabi, the founder of Dream Beyond, who was praised for his software architect approach and understanding of the big picture.

Dream Beyond was hired by Mahad Al-Zahra, a theological school in Houston, Texas, for custom software development. The team created a comprehensive software solution using .NET, which included an administrative panel for student registration and admission, and end-of-year report generation. The software allows for all academic progress data to be inputted into the system in a one-step solution. The project was led by the CEO of Dream Beyond, who received the requirements and delegated the work to his team. The school has invested approximately $50,000 in the project and continues to work with Dream Beyond for software maintenance.

For Gulf Coast Claims Service, an independent adjusting firm for property-casualty claims in the US, Dream Beyond created a web-based platform. The platform eliminated the need for employees to be office-bound to access the software and allowed for all programs and reports to be accessed in the system. The claims management system was built from the ground up with all the firm's requirements, allowing for all financial data to be inputted into the program. The project, which cost over $100,000, was led by the owner of Dream Beyond and his wife, with a team of 6-10 people working on the program.
