Highlights from Recent Projects
DotLabel was hired by Moet Hennessy Europe to update the design of their digital news platform, Digipedia. The goal was to increase the platform's usage in Europe, enrich its content sections, and improve user experience. DotLabel, having worked on the platform's initial release, was a trusted vendor. The team created a proof-of-concept design, upgraded the platform's progressive web application, developed a new site architecture with three new sections and a MyAccount page, and performed development work on a CMS. The designs were then passed off to Moet Hennessy's internal development team. DotLabel also assisted with QA and testing.
Microsec, a software development company, partnered with DotLabel for UX design. DotLabel refreshed Microsec's company website and supported their client projects. They conducted workshop exercises to define the look and feel of applications in use. One of their projects was for a large vehicle fleet management company. DotLabel created the branding and a clickable wireframe to show the client how the end product would look before development activities began. The first phase of the project involved building a portal to view driver information for GDPR compliance. The next stage will involve creating an app feature to document vehicle issues from a health and safety perspective.
Europe's largest marina operator hired DotLabel to write a detailed specification for a new group website that was in-line with the company's five-year business and marina-marketplace transformation plan. DotLabel researched the business' new target audience and tested the viability of the business’ new strategy. They conducted a stakeholder planning workshop, created personas, user goal definitions, task mapping, and user scenarios, conducted user focus groups and surveys, performed competitor analysis and benchmarking, and reviewed research findings. The result was a specification outlining the functionality, features, style of the website design, CTAs, messaging, and content requirements.
