DOOR3 was engaged by a religious nonprofit to conduct a UX/UI audit of their website. The nonprofit assists Jews in Israel and the former Soviet Union, and they sought to enhance their site's user experience. DOOR3 collected data, conducted a heuristic audit, and interviewed some of the nonprofit's donors. They then presented their findings and recommendations, which were tiered based on complexity and impact. Tier one suggestions were basic best practices that could be implemented quickly. Tier two and three suggestions required testing and long-term KPI tracking. The project lasted from mid-November 2022 to mid-March 2023 and cost approximately $75,000.

A SaaS company hired DOOR3 to redesign their mobile app, which works in conjunction with their computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The app was initially developed by a solo developer and lacked a user-friendly UX/UI design. DOOR3 spent a few months understanding the application and its functions, then embarked on a collaborative design phase. The app was completely redesigned from the ground up, with key technologies including Figma and FigJam. The collaboration lasted from December 2022 to March 2023 and cost between $80,000 and $120,000.

DOOR3 was contracted by a healthcare company to develop a new web portal for its employees. The company was growing and needed a platform for employees to stay connected and informed. DOOR3 created the portal using Microsoft SharePoint based on the company's requirements outlined in a creative brief. The initial site was launched in November 2022, but the company has an ongoing managed service contract with DOOR3. The project involved a team of 10-12 people, including a discovery team, a development team, a project manager, and several technical resources. The engagement began in May 2022 and is ongoing.
