Dolfn

Dolfn was hired by Subsign to develop an iOS app for a social trip planner. The project involved creating a new user interface (UI) design and enhancing the user experience (UX). The initial code from a previous agency was poorly managed and ineffective, necessitating a significant overhaul. Dolfn's role was crucial in structuring the client's information and guiding the product development phase. They offered valuable advice on technology and process, rewrote parts of the problematic code, and introduced new features such as transit information between trips and newsfeed items. This led to improvements in app performance, responsiveness, and code quality. Subsign worked closely with four core members of the Dolfn team, with other members joining based on specific project needs. Their professionalism and competitive pricing were highlighted as key factors in their selection.
