In collaboration with AlignDrift, a business service company, Dojo Labs developed an operational SaaS AI platform. AlignDrift's main goal is to bring organization goals into alignment and pinpoint execution shortfalls within the team. The challenge was to redefine the concept and execute the platform, enabling a quick launch to validate the product and help begin data collection through OAS. Dojo Labs managed the complete design and development of the AlignDrift platform. This included developing the UI, backend infrastructure, data processing, and reporting system. Deliverables of this partnership were a functional web application, capabilities for survey functionality, AI-enabled analysis, and a reporting system that provides actionable insights for business leadership. The team ranged from 2 to 5 Dojo Labs associates who collaborated on this initiative.
