DoBroIT was hired by Zest, a furniture company, to develop multiple websites targeted at different countries and services. The company was chosen due to its cultural fit, cost-effectiveness, and a strong referral. A team of 6-10 employees from DoBroIT was assigned to the project. They were tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining several websites, each tailored to specific countries and service lines. In addition, they created internal tools to optimize workflows. Key deliverables included the development of country-specific and service-specific websites, custom design aligned with Zest branding, localized content structure, responsive and SEO-friendly implementation, and integration with internal systems. They also provided ongoing technical support and maintenance, including continuous monitoring, issue resolution, performance optimization, and regular updates. Furthermore, they built a custom CRM for the sales team, including lead management and tracking tools, sales pipeline visualization, and integration with reporting modules. Lastly, they developed an internal reporting system with custom-built dashboards, automated data collection, report generation, and role-based access management.
