DNeers

DNeers was hired by Smart Telecom, a leading telecom subscription provider in Tamilnadu, to develop a web and mobile application for managing their sales and collection agents across three states. The primary aim was to track the resources and manage their performance, which included aspects like employee attendance, live GPS tracking, performance management, customer service, incentive management, and account allocation/management. DNeers was selected for this project based on their prior success in building and operating a website for the client and their excellent performance in digital marketing. The key deliverables were a web application built on PHP/LARAVEL and an Android mobile application developed using Android Studio. A team of seven people from DNeers, including a business analyst, a project manager, two android developers, two web app developers, and a tester, were involved in this project. The client was pleased with the work delivered by DNeers, which effectively helped them manage their sales and collections of accounts.
