DNeers

DNeers was hired by Smart Telecom, a leader in Telecom subscription sales in Tamilnadu, to develop a management software for their sales and collection agents. The goal was to effectively track resources and manage their performance across three states. The software was designed to handle employee attendance, live GPS tracking, performance management, customer service, incentive management and account allocation/management. The project was a web and mobile application, with the web application serving as a feeder unit for the operation team in the office. The project was executed by a team of seven from DNeers, including a business analyst, project manager, two android developers, two web app developers, and a tester. The key deliverables were to manage the sales and collections of accounts, using Android Studio for the mobile application and PHP/Laravel for the web application. The decision to hire DNeers was influenced by their previous successful work in building and operating a website and their performance in digital marketing.
