In response, Djtal provided successful consulting and system integration (SI) for Econox SA's customer relationship management (CRM) platform. The project, undertaken by a small team of 2-5 Djtal employees, involved developing and implementing Zoho applications, including but not limited to CRM, invoicing (Zoho Books), data repository (WorkDrive), custom business apps (Zoho Creator), website integration, and a client portal. The goal was to consolidate and streamline Econox's commercial, operational, and financial workflows.

Selected for geographical proximity and the alignment of company values, Djtal has demonstrated its ability to offer solutions catered to Econox's unique requirements.
