[Diversity Works] - Out of Business

Diversity Works was hired by a healthcare company to help retain a diverse group of high-performing employees. The team of 2-5 employees from Diversity Works analyzed data from a survey given to 50 senior employees who identify as ethnic or racial minorities. By summarizing over 350 responses and creating word clouds to visualize employees' sentiments, Diversity Works was able to help the healthcare company identify new ways to engage and retain top talent in a systematic way.

For a separate project, Diversity Works was selected by a non-profit organization for its expertise in Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Impressed by their knowledge and innovative solutions, the non-profit sought help in developing a comprehensive DEI policy and coaching for its board members and staff. A team of three senior individuals from Diversity Works worked closely with the non-profit to review their current policy and recommended steps to enhance it. The project was scheduled to start in January and be completed by December 2022.

In a third project, Diversity Works was contracted by a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the Amazon Rainforest. The goal was to educate staff on DEI basics and help brainstorm the next steps for their DEI strategy. A team of 2-5 employees from Diversity Works provided a customized four-hour in-person training session after reviewing the organization's current DEI materials. The team also provided the organization with training materials for future reference.
