Discovery Content was hired by IC Lighting, a family-owned business with an e-commerce store, to expand their reach and improve online product sales. The project involved developing the company's online presence and authority through SEO and PPC campaigns. Discovery Content was chosen based on a recommendation and their understanding of small business needs, budget constraints, and knowledge limitations. They provided a comprehensive scope of work that included a site audit, content audit, keyword research, competitor analysis, content and website promotion, and Google My Business profile. The team at Discovery Content guided IC Lighting through each step of the process, offering recommendations and allowing the final decision to rest with the business. The project resulted in a gradual but steady improvement in online visibility.

Throughout the project, the IC Lighting team worked closely with Discovery Content, led by their Account Manager, Nada. The PPC and SEO specialists from Discovery Content were also involved, as were IC Lighting's developers who worked alongside the Discovery team to implement changes aimed at enhancing website visibility. The integrated approach allowed for a seamless execution of the project and a strong working relationship was developed between the two teams. The reporting system provided by Discovery Content was particularly appreciated as it allowed IC Lighting to track their progress.
