Digitool.dev was hired by Laboss d.o.o, a company offering solutions for MDR compliancy regulations and digitalization of workflows in dental laboratories, to launch an MVP by the end of 2025. The project also involved the proof of concept with paid users and partner and third-party-app integrations. Digitool.dev was chosen for their great culture fit, company values, and a referral. A team of 2-5 employees from Digitool.dev was assigned to the project. The scope of work included establishing a digital platform that adheres to all regulatory requirements from EU and JAZMP. The project expanded to include relations with partners, patients, and maintenance providers, upgrading stock management, and implementing a billing module. The project took longer than expected as the original idea was expanded, and Digitool.dev suggested starting with first users for QA testing. Despite the delay, the project was successful and the platform became a fully functional product.
