Digital Innovation was selected by the CTO of Duckie AI, a marketing agency targeting a diverse real estate market, to develop an AI SaaS Platform. The choice of Digital Innovation was primarily influenced by their high ratings, cost-effectiveness, and organizational values. Given a team of half a dozen to a dozen employees, they were tasked with constructing the platform from scratch, ensuring its secure user authentication, integrating AI and payment gateway, creating an administrative dashboard, among other key deliverables.

The project required a holistic approach covering planning design, development, AI integration, testing, deployment, and consistent collaboration. The goal was to turn ideas into a production-ready platform. Key deliverables touched on all-needed aspects like a web-based AI SaaS platform, secure user account management, responsive UI/UX design for desktop and mobile, subscription plans, and a well-crafted admin dashboard. The platform also needed simplified AI workflow automation, API development, usage tracking, and performance optimization.

The final output was a reliable, scalable AI SaaS platform that proved to be a core part of Duckie AI's workflow. The product became efficient for creating AI-generated images and videos. It offered faster processing and better scalability alternative, backed with after-launch support from Digital Innovation. Notably, the system is future-ready, with an architecture flexible enough to support any anticipated business growth. All these results and changes were achieved within the client's budget, indicating a good value-for-cost deal.
