Highlights from Recent Projects
Digital Fusion was tasked with developing a database for Aerial Toolbox, an aviation SaaS provider. The challenge was to create an electronic record-keeping system to aid in the recording of daily flights and aircraft maintenance status. After understanding the business operations and requirements, Digital Fusion used FileMaker to create the database. The team, led by Stuart and Craig, has been maintaining the database since its creation in January 2014. The collaboration between Aerial Toolbox and Digital Fusion is ongoing, highlighting the successful partnership.
Sameview, an online platform for disability care coordination, engaged Digital Fusion for the development of their initial MVP. The goal was to create a fully functioning application that allows families to connect with disability support and keep track of important information and communication between doctors and therapists. Digital Fusion started with scoping the requirements, wireframing, and initial design, before building the prototype using FileMaker, making it available for iOS. The project, which ran from April to November 2016, was successful and the prototype was used for customer feedback. The investment for the project was between $30,000–$50,000 AUD (approximately $20,800–$35,000 USD).
