Highlights from Recent Projects
Digital Fusion was engaged by Aerial Toolbox, an aviation SaaS provider, to create a system for electronic record-keeping. The company required a database to allow pilots to record their daily flights electronically, which were then assigned against the maintenance and status of the aircraft. After a discovery process that included liaising with the client and understanding the industry operations, Digital Fusion used FileMaker to create a comprehensive database for Aerial Toolbox. The collaboration began in January 2014 and is ongoing, with Digital Fusion maintaining the database.
Sameview, an online platform for disability care coordination, enlisted the services of Digital Fusion to develop a prototype for their initial MVP. They required a fully functioning application that allowed families to connect with disability support, as well as tracking important information and communication between doctors and therapists. Digital Fusion began the project by scoping requirements, wireframing, and initial design. They then built the prototype using FileMaker, making it available for iOS, which was used for customer feedback. The engagement ran from April to November 2016, during which Sameview invested between $30,000–$50,000 AUD (approximately $20,800–$35,000 USD).
