The vendor was selected based on a previous relationship with one of the co-CEOs of the dental SaaS company. The project involved prioritizing the backlog, brainstorming on user workflows, revising documentation, translating the scope of work to engineers, developing code, conducting quality assurance, and releasing code to production. The project team from Digital Edge consisted of an account manager, a project manager, and a senior engineer.

Digital Edge Ventures offered consultation services to a digital marketing agency for an ISO application process. The company was also engaged in incident investigation and penetration tests. The scope of their involvement included guiding the agency through their successful ISO 27001:2013 certification process, consulting on AWS infrastructure, conducting penetration and vulnerability scans, and providing quick-turn AWS support services.
