Highlights from Recent Projects
Digital Dividend was hired by a healthcare company to develop an MVP for a diabetes management app. With a team composed of a project manager, backend developer, frontend developer, and designer, they developed an app available for both Android and iOS. The project was initiated after creating a scope document based on discussions and finalizing team structure. The app, aimed at helping diabetes patients manage their health data and set reminders for glucose measurements and medication, was launched successfully, enabling the company to start onboarding customers and approach investors.
Digital Dividend worked with a Munich-based software house, tasked with the development of software solutions, maintenance, and software support. The team, consisting of a project manager, UI, development and QA experts, provided services such as user interface design, solution architecture, development, testing, and maintenance. The project resulted in the successful development of a digital adoption solution, including frontend and backend in a serverless environment, satisfying the needs of the German company.
Accurator, a procurement platform for the construction industry in Sweden, hired Digital Dividend to develop a scalable, market-ready program. The vendor played a crucial role in setting the right architecture at the start of the project. The team, composed of two testers, two developers, and a project leader, refined functions and the UI based on client sketches and feedback. Despite the project being dubbed "mission impossible" due to tight deadlines, Digital Dividend delivered a stable program that has been well-received by customers.
