Digital Dividend

Digital Dividend successfully completed a project for Accurator, a procurement platform for the construction industry in Sweden. Despite being dubbed a 'mission impossible', the team managed to deliver a stable, scalable program within a tight timeframe. The final product was well-received by customers, highlighting Digital Dividend's ability to provide valuable feedback and guidance throughout the process. The project team consisted of two testers, two developers, and a project leader.

In another project, Digital Dividend was hired by a German software house to develop a Digital Adoption Solution, which included both frontend and backend in a serverless environment. The vendor was chosen based on recommendations and their successful completion of a Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP). The team, comprising a project manager, UI, development and QA experts, delivered on all aspects of the project, including user interface design, solution architecture, development, testing, and maintenance.

Digital Dividend also worked on an IoT project for Ingenuity Solutions/Ikhtiar/Stromie, an engineering company aimed at making electricity consumption and associated costs transparent. The team developed schematics and firmware for customized IoT units, conducted hardware tests, and successfully achieved all agreed upon tasks and milestones. The vendor was chosen for their high ratings, proximity, competitive pricing, and company values. The project team consisted of 2-5 employees.
