Digital Deployment

Digital Deployment undertook a project for a regional airport to redesign their website. The airport's existing website was difficult to navigate and update, and the airport also needed to ensure compliance with special district and Brown Act compliance issues. Digital Deployment created two separate sides of the site for the organization: a passenger/destination side and a special district side. The project was managed effectively with clear guidelines, timelines and project phases. The new website incorporated video content and a real-time flight status feature. The project was unique due to the extensive design implementation required and was completed within a three-month timeframe at a cost of $34,000.

Digital Deployment was hired by a retirement association to update their old HTML-based website and create a new site that would allow staff to manage content. Digital Deployment used a Drupal backend management overlay to develop the new website. They worked closely with the association on design and taught staff how to delegate sections of the website so that one person wouldn't be responsible for the entire site. The team consisted of at least one designer and two backend developers. The project cost approximately $90,000 for site development, and the association currently pays $975 per month for maintenance and support. The relationship between Digital Deployment and the retirement association is ongoing.
